Vivienne Thackray:

Vivienne Thackray has over fifteen years of experience working and training in the public, private and voluntary sector. 

Vivienne holds an MSc in Applied Positive Psychology and also lectures in the subject. She is also a certified Neuro-Lingusitic Master Practitioner & life coach. Her work utilises cutting edge research from the field of positive psychology, the neural sciences and cognitive psychology. An in-depth knowledge of these wide ranging disciplines is used to develop individuals & organisations to achieve their maximum potential.

Vivienne is a CIPD qualified trainer and a member of The International Positive Psychology Association, The International Association of Applied Psychology

Andrea James: 

Andrea James, is an experienced consultant and trainer in leadership, management, database solutions and financial services. Having successfully worked in both the private and public sector, she has solid academic and practical knowledge across a broad range of subjects.   

She is also a regular blogger and much sought after social networking consultant with a keen interest in understanding behavioural economics.

Gill Thackray: 

Gill Thackray, Koru Development Director, is a Psychology Lecturer, British Psychological Society Psychometric Assessor, MBTI Practitioner, author of several articles on the practical applications of psychology in everyday life, regular blogger, speaker, contributor and founding member of the Koru Trust, a charity working with Karen Hill tribe refugees in Mae La UN Refugee Camp Thailand. Gill is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, Institute of Leadership & Management and Institute of Learning.
